not a pola, still a share

so i'm off to atlanta, georgia tomorrow

(my flight leaves at 6:30am - yuck!)

for my cousin's wedding,

and to hang out with

a dear friend.

i won't be blogging,

but hopefully i'll be shooting

the beautiful surroundings

and some awesome people,

and have a tonne of fun.

all week here,

i entered this contest

and would be so thrilled to win,

for obvious reasons.

this weekend

was one of the toughest

weekends i've ever had

in all my life.

it tested me in ways

i'd never been tested before,

and i'm just so glad

it's over.

things that helped:

seeing the avengers in 3D, 

having belate-o de mayo fish tacos

(we had them on the 6th!),

and delicious cupcakes

from this place.

friendlyfriday.

went to visit a friend

today,

and hung out with

her + her adorable bebe

all day in the sunshine.

i really miss having

a proper backyard!

get going on my

mini-garden...

i booked an appointment

since childhood.

which is exciting,
