guys,

i really want to go

shoot some polaroid today.

it is just

too lovely outside...

and trying to pretend

i don't have to pack

for a long weekend away...

 

say it isn't real...

it's been thunderstorming

all week here,

and (as cliched as it sounds)

i feel like the clouds

are expressing what

i sometimes cannot.

i entered this contest

and would be so thrilled to win,

for obvious reasons.

this weekend.

this weekend

was one of the toughest

weekends i've ever had

in all my life.

it tested me in ways

i'd never been tested before,

and i'm just so glad

it's over.

things that helped:

seeing the avengers in 3D, 

having belate-o de mayo fish tacos

(we had them on the 6th!),

and delicious cupcakes

from this place.

friendlyfriday.

went to visit a friend

today,

and hung out with

her + her adorable bebe

all day in the sunshine.

i really miss having

a proper backyard!

tomorrow

i really must

get going on my

mini-garden...

trying to write my

before i visit my family

in a week

and break the news of my

"fun-employment"...

i think i'm going to make

some cookies

today too,

because yum.

i booked an appointment

to finally deal with

this problem i've had

since childhood.

(it's not as bad as the wiki photos,

i promise...)

also:

there is a visit to nyc

lurking somewhere in the

near future!

which is exciting,

but will have to be inexpensive (duh)...
